日本進(jìn)口愛普生晶振SG2016CAN,是一款小體積晶振尺寸2.0x1.6mm晶體振蕩器(SPXO),支持CMOS輸出電平,四腳貼片晶振,有源晶振,1.6V至3.63V的寬工作電壓和寬工作溫度范圍從-40℃到85℃,此外,最高工作溫度可達(dá)105℃。 具有超小型,輕薄型,低抖動(dòng),低功耗,低損耗,低耗能,低電流消耗等特點(diǎn),這些SPXO石英晶體振蕩器提供從2.0x1.6mm到7.0x5.0mm的五種不同封裝尺寸,并提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引腳排列。非常適合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、可穿戴設(shè)備、醫(yī)療、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化等各種應(yīng)用。

SG2016CAN有源晶振還具有超低功耗的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。響應(yīng)時(shí)間僅為3ms,上升/下降延遲時(shí)間為4ns。在工作頻率為20MHz,無負(fù)載情況時(shí),工作電流可達(dá)1.8mA,待機(jī)狀態(tài)下的電流可達(dá)2.7μA。所以,在5G前傳光模塊方案中,如果需要MCU主頻更穩(wěn)定,外置高溫、穩(wěn)定性好的5G晶振時(shí),EPSON公司推出的SG2016CAN晶振是較理想的選擇。常用型號(hào)是SG2016CAN 24.576000MHz 編碼X1G004801003100.工作溫度-40℃至105℃.
